A decision that redefined the style of gifting in pandemic and ever after.
Between getting aware of the zero contact gifts and the need for prepping up with virtual gifting for special occasions, Upahaar was born. Upahaar is a start-up that is primarily focused on physical packaging and delivering of gifts and hampers that caters to meet specific needs of individual clients.
Many established businesses only physically deliver gift packages and curated hampers. Realising that there are none in the sector focusing on the current situation in hand, a pandemic, where customers find a problem in the traditional style of gifting that is carefree and safe when touched, or when they want to get the gifts delivered to their loved ones in a different country. All this while being pocket friendly, we have decided to get them covered.
With a zest to change the style of gifting, we, at Upahaar have found an opportunity to create a complete online hamper that is also helping us in cutting down our costs on delivery. We found out that a package with fun games and unconventional style of making video along with an e-voucher will serve this purpose well. Hence, we came up with our first virtual hamper on Rakhi which is a promise of guaranteed fun and excitement that grabbed attention of many.

Getting into details, Upahaar has started up with a vision to see a day where anybody is able to gift everybody at a cost differenciation, come what the situation be. At present, it caters to styling and curation of gifts and hampers including

We are a young start-up trying to level up with current times and it’s trend having collaborated with 6 companies yet, capturing an edge over differentiation in the industry by optimizing the current situation using technology (a complete online hamper).
In year one,
• A current team of 2, is planning to become an in-house team of 10 professionals.
• Employment and empowerment to 10 women. (Support Vocal for Local), and
• Collaboration with at least 50 companies.
